Return Policy

At Parky - Flagship Brand of Autoloab International, we aim to provide the highest quality car accessories and strive for customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth exchange or return process, we have established the following policies:

Customers can exchange their purchased car accessories within 15 days from the date of purchase.

The Car Accessories must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.

The exchange can be made for a different product of equal or higher value, with the additional payment for the price difference.

Custom-made or personalized car accessories cannot be exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Refund Policy

If customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can return the purchased products within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The products must be in its original condition, including the original packaging and accompanying certificates, if any.

A valid reason for the return must be provided by the customer, such as a manufacturing defect or significant deviation from the description.

Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus any applicable charges or deductions.

Guarantee* and Warranty

All our car accessories come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damages caused due to mishandling or accidents.

It is important to note that our policies are subject to certain terms and conditions, which can be clarified by our customer service representatives.
